Chip Kendall Concerts in Caithness
In a joint event across Caithness churches Chip Kendall (former lead singer with ‘thebandwithnoname’) returns to Caithness with a talented team of people to work in Thurso and Wick high schools in April.
Concerts in Wick and Thurso schools
Chip Kendall and the guitarist from his band along with Dr Ruth Bancewicz — a research associate at the Faraday Institute for Science & Religion — will be bringing ‘Test of Faith: LIVE!’ to Wick and Thurso High Schools.
The programme is a music-based, multi-media approach to exploring the relationship between faith and science. The team will be working in various classes and assemblies on alternative days during the week. |

Kenny Cormack who was much involved in the Luis Palua Highland Festival of 2009 writes:
This will be the third joint big event outreach that churches from across the denominations in the county have worked together on since the Luis Palau Highland Festival in 2009.Also involved will be two representatives from New Generation to meet Christian teenagers and encourage them with some amazing accounts of God moving across Europe through young people sharing their faith with fellow teenagers.
Kenny and the other members of the Caithness Churches Festival Committee ask prayer for these events in Caithness aimed at the high-school-aged pupils in the county.
