The e-mail template will ask for -
Your name: Description of scene: Date/Time taken (approx):
Any photographs submitted will be considered as being "in the public domain"; and anyone submitting photographs should be aware that it is possible for viewers to copy the images for use elsewhere.
However the Photo Gallery is restricted to those who are registered on the site.
Additionally, the photographs will be reduced in resolution before being published ( i.e. perfectly adequate for viewing on the web, but too low a resolution for good quality print-out purposes).
None of the photographs appearing should be used for commercial purposes or financial gain.
