'Le God' comes to Christ

Top international footballer Matt le Tissier's principles and courage cost him his job but saved his life.

Matt LGUERNSAY lad Matt le Tissier grew up to become a top-flight footballer who played for Southampton Football Club for his entire professional footballing career. As a 'attacking mid-fielder' his highly-impressive goal-scoring ability saw him beeen dubbed as 'Le God' by the club's fans. As the 2020 Covid plandemic emerged, and having retired from his footballing career, he went on to become a football pundit with Sky Sports.

However, as he critically examined what governments and the medical profession were doing from 2020 onward, and the harm these measures were creating, he started to speak out. His contra-narrative position caused ructions and this brought his broadcasting career to a sudden end.
However the death of the wife of his good friend and former coach at the football club led him into a church for the funeral service. As he entered the building he was overcome with a sense of "this is where I want to be". As he went on to attend the church, he was mentored in the Christian faith and not long after came to give his life over to following Jesus Christ.
