The Marriage Course - a dinner
Are you looking to reach more people in your community who don't yet come to church?
Are you searching for ways to grow your Alpha course?
Would you like to attract more men to church?
The Barn Church together with Nicky and Sila Lee (creators of The Marriage Course) would like to invite you to a special dinner to hear about how The Marriage Course and Alpha can work together to help evangelise and transform your community. The dinner will be held at:
The Barn Church, Barn Church Road, Culloden
Friday 13th June 2008 at 7.00pm
Join us at this unique event, to find out how The Marriage Course can:
- Make good marriages stronger and help marriages that are in trouble
- Work with your church's strategy for church growth
- Encourage more couples to go on Alpha
- Bring more men into the church
Nicky and Sila will speak from their own experience about 'what elements help a marriage grow' and there will be a chance to hear from local church leaders about the impact that running The Marriage Course has had on their church.
The Marriage Course is a practical, easy-to-run course for any married or co-habiting couple. It is effective at attracting non-churchgoers into the church, and can be run by any couple that has a heart for marriage using the DVD resources, either in a home or church. For more information, please visit the Marriage Course web-site at www.themarriagecourse.org
Tickets cost £8.50 per person (£15 per couple) and can be paid by cheque to Alpha Churches Highland. Attendees will receive a voucher for a 30% discount on their initial purchase of course and leaders' resources.
It promises to be a great night and we hope to see you there. If you are not able to come yourself, please could you encourage one or two couples from your church group, who have a heart for this ministry, to attend.
