Journey of Faith
Prayer for Revival and Proclamation of God's Word.
This venture is to set out from Lewis on Day 1 (Sunday 1 June 2008) going on to Skye (June 2), Inverness (June 3), John O Groats (June 4) and Orkney (June 5).
Day 6 is in Aberdeen, with the last day in London (11 July).
Dear FriendsWe are asking for your Church/Christian organisation endorse, pray, support and possibly take part in the 'Journey of the Christian Faith' that takes place in the UK and your region in June/July 2008.Please pray that the Holy Spirit will be poured out on this Nation and that people will come to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Pray that there will be a 'revival' in your Region and the Nation. This Nation has seen Christian Revivals in the past and this is why we are starting the 'Journey' in the Isle of Lewis, Scotland where a Christian Revival took place in 1949 led by Duncan Campbell. Revivals normally take place in one region and then spread to other regions. The Holy Spirit moves wherever He pleases and responds to people humbling themselves before Jesus Christ and crying out for mercy and forgiveness. 2 Chronicles 7:14: If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.As individuals, Christian Unions, churches, cathedrals may we open up our homes and buildings every day praying for revival and with preparation to nurturing those who come to Christ. The first location of the 'Journey of the Christian Faith' takes place in the Centre of Stornoway on 1 June and ending in London on July 11.Please let churches, Christian organisations, Christian individuals, local & national media, local MP's know about this event in your area and across the UK.http://www.journeyofthechristianfaith.org.ukMany blessingsColin & Madeleine WindsorJourney of the Christian Faith(Mission in Hounslow Trust)

'Journey of the Christian Faith' has already started across the UK and is to culminate by visiting forty City Centres in June/July 2008.
This Nation has seen Christian Revivals in the past and this is why we are starting the 'Journey' in the Isle of Lewis, Scotland where a Christian Revival took place in 1949 led by Duncan Campbell. Revivals often take place in one region and then spread to other regions.
We will be talking and hopefully praying for people on the City Centre streets travelling to a total of forty cities ending in Penzance and finally London on July 12.

Please get alongside this UK initiative so that as may people may hear the Christian Message across the nation.
If you are able to contact the TV/Radio/Newspapers in your area. (A 'Journey' team member is available for an interview.) If you are able to come along to your nearest City/Town witness at 5.00pm and talk to people on the streets. (Dates/localities on our web site). If you are able to forward this e-mail to your Christian friends across the UK. If you are able to get involved with local evangelism during this period in your locality. (Dates on our web site).
'Journey of the Christian Faith' has already started and is to culminate by visiting forty City/Town centres in June/July 2008 across the UK.
The 'Ten Commandments' are to be pinned up at each of the forty city/town centres as a proclamation that God's Laws are still relevant in our modern society and that the Laws are 'written upon our hearts' when we ask for forgiveness of our sins and receive Jesus Christ into our lives, therefore becoming spiritually 'Born Again'.
This Nation has seen Christian Revivals in the past and this is why the 'Journey' is starting in the Isle of Lewis, Scotland on June 1 2008, where a Christian Revival took place in 1949 led by Duncan Campbell, and ending in London on the 12 July.
The 'Journey' has already commenced through many BBC Radio stations sharing to thousands of listeners across the UK. We have just completed a BBC Radio interview discussing, one by one, the 'Ten Commandments' and the relevance for today's society.
It is hoped that the interviews have been thought provoking and challenging and will open up a discussion and debate as to the Christian message including the Ten Commandment and whether there is absolute truth through the Bible.
All our details are on http://www.journeyofthechristianfaith.org.uk
Look forward to hearing from you.
Many blessings
