The CARE Leadership Programme (formerly the CARE Intern Programme) is all about developing a Christian mind. This is sometimes harder than we think, for although we may attend church on Sundays and the occasional Christian conference that develops our spiritual lives, many of us have been immersed in a modern education system, which, whether we realise it or not, forms the basis of how we think.
