Events at the Barn Church and Culloden Centre

The new Culloden Battlefield Visitors Centre is due to open on Wednesday, 16th April, 2008

In association with the official opening the Barn Church of Scotland have organised two events.

To let you know about two forthcoming events.

The first is -

Thursday 10th April
in
Barn Church, Culloden
at
7.30pm

Speaker: Bishop Sandy Millar, the former vicar of Holy Trinity Church, Brompton, speaking on "262 Years on - The Power of God's Reconcilling Love".

The second is a -

Songs of Praise
at the
Culloden Battlefield Visitors Centre
on
Thursday 17th April
at
7.00pm.

This is to give thanks to God for the blessings experienced by the people of the wider Culloden community today, in contrast to the folly and brutality of the Battle in 1746 and its destructive aftermath for the Highlands.

These events are to be included in the official programme of events surrounding the official opening and it would be a great help if you could flag them up to maximise local Christian support and raise Jesus' standard up on the moor so that the Jacobite and Hanovarian flags are not the only ones flying!
