Listen to a short interview with David Oliver

Love work live life

Do you ever wonder whether you're wasting your talents at your place of work?
Do you feel guilty that you're not working full time for the church, and that
God will only bless you if you give up your current occupation?

Often, we make ourselves feel like second-class Christians because we have 'secular' jobs.
We don't think we are serving God as well as if we were doing something 'more spiritual'.
If you look at the Bible, however, you will discover countless individuals used by God in
a profound way - in their place of work. Love Work, Live Life!  challenges the myths
surrounding our working lives, uncovering how our occupations are just as much a ministry
to those around as anything else.

David Oliver delivered a challenging message which cut through the "heresies" of the clergy/laity and secular/sacred divides; and threw out the challenge for every believing Christian to see God's destiny for their lives in their daily situation.
